After the Frosh and JV made quick work of the Bulldogs with a couple of dominating sweeps, the Varsity Hawks came out sluggish and dropped the first 2 sets. Things turned in set 3 as CV settled down and took control of the match. The tide turned for the Hawks with a 25-19 set 3 win and then, this gritty group continued their solid play. CV would hang on to win a tight 26-24 set 4 and then finish things off with for good with a 15-12 set 5 win. Congrats to the Lady Hawks on their crosstown sweep!

VAR Boys: Central Valley 17, Ceres 15
The Varsity Boys Water Polo team pulled off the Crosstown upset win! The Hawks have been grinding all year to learn and develop in the pool while grasping the challenges of a brand new sport on campus. Both the girls and boys programs have made tremendous strides throughout the season. Yesterday, the Varsity Boys were able to put it all together and get the win. The Lady Hawks fell to the Bulldogs 17-7, but improved all season long and are primed for a great season next year. Congratulations to all of our coaches and water polo athletes for setting the standard in this inaugural season as we look forward to developing the program even further next year.
